Championing Freedom and Accountability: My Legislative Accomplishments in 2025
Nichols for Idaho
The majority of new laws that we passed during the 2025 legislative session take effect on July 1st. As a legislator, my work in the 2025 session was driven by a commitment to conservative values, the protection of individual freedoms, and reducing unnecessary government overreach. I believe in empowering Idahoans—whether through parental control in education, medical freedom, or advocating for transparency in our state government. My focus has always been on making Idaho a state where families thrive, businesses grow, and personal rights are upheld without interference from an overbearing government.
I understand that the role of a lawmaker is to protect the rights of the people, ensure the safety and well-being of our communities, and work toward a future where freedom and responsibility go hand in hand. Below are some of the key legislative accomplishments I am proud to have championed during the 2025 legislative session:

Order your Gadsden Flag!
Have you seen the new license plate in Idaho that looks like the picture above?
First flown in 1775 during the American Revolution, the Gadsden Flag—with its fierce rattlesnake and bold “Don’t Tread on Me” message—has stood for liberty, resistance to tyranny, and the spirit of independence. Now, you can carry that same patriotic spirit into the 4th of July with a Made-in-America, double-sided 3-ply Gadsden Flag—just like the one that inspired Idaho’s new license plate. Show your pride, make a statement, and support Nichols for Idaho in the fight to protect freedom in our state.
