Also, how can legislators help protect parental rights? The recent case of Jeff Younger losing his custody battle is a cautionary tale for other red states. His case was moved from TX to CA for a gender procedure the mom advocated for. CA is a sanctuary state for gender affirming care. Why aren’t red states responding by doing the opposite - sanctuary state for biological gender affirming care? Mr Younger explains his case in the first half of the video and second half he offers legislative solutions to this issue here:
